We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Singapore.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
For local Singapore orders:
• Economy Delivery (3 working days): SGD $10 (Complimentary with min $150 spent).
• Next-Day Delivery (for orders placed before 3PM): SGD $25
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
During sales, festive seasons, or public holidays, processing may take 3–5 working days.

Can I amend my order?

After that, your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to make changes.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours by emailing chromaandmoon@gmail.com.
After that, cancellations may not be possible as the order could be in process.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit.
• Cancellations and exchanges are not permitted during sale periods.
